SharePoint website developed from June - October 2023

This SharePoint website was created for all 11,400 Aerospace employees at Eaton. Before this website was developed, there wasn't one place dedicated to the Aerospace sector where employees could refer to for updates, materials and information without it being a rabbit chase. The goal behind this new SharePoint is to have one sole place where all employees can rely on for regularly updated information. This process consisted of me working with HR leaders from each subdivision in the Aerospace sector to gain an understanding as to what will be beneficial to include on the new site.  While also conducting research on best practices to update/maintain SharePoint pages for a large amount of people. Below is my deck I presented to the Eaton Aerospace mar/comm team with the initial mockups, followed by screenshots from the official site, as well as the communications plan to launch the site amongst the sector.
